File a Warranty Claim
Before You Begin
To file a warranty claim, log into your account and use the warranty hub for eligible delivered orders with Expedia Protection coverage.
Important: Do not start warranty repair work until your claim is submitted and pre-authorized. Call 1-844-XPARTS-1 if the vehicle is unsafe to drive.
Claim Process
- Log into your account
- Open Account → Warranty
- Select your delivered order
- Complete vehicle, installer, and diagnosis sections
- Upload installation receipt and odometer photo
- Submit for review (typically 2–3 business days)
What to Include
- Detailed description of the problem and driving symptoms
- Photos of the issue, odometer, and any fluid leaks or damage
- Licensed shop installation invoice (required for reman coverage)
- ASE diagnostic report with VIN, mileage, and DTC codes
- Installer name, shop, phone, and address
